ROXANA E. KHAN

Roxana E. Khan is an associate attorney in the law firm of Filarsky & Watt LLP. Ms. Khan specializes in the representation of school districts, SELPAs, and county departments of mental health in matters pertaining to special education, including drafting pleadings, responses to due process requests, motions, and briefs, and preparing an agency’s case for due process hearing.

Ms. Khan received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving high honors in both her majors.
